    8-Weeks to Fitness

    Over the course of this 8-weeks you will be challenge to push your strength to the next level. 

    8-Week Barbell Program

    All you need is a squat rack, barbell, bench, and some dumbbells and after the 8 weeks is up, your confidence and strength with a barbell is going to be next level.

    Basic Plan

    Semi-customized programming with 4-week training blocks, monthly client check ins, basic nutrition guide, and 2-way messaging. 

    Standard Plan

    Customized programming with training blocks designed to elevate your strength and overall performance. Bi-weekly client check ins, basic nutrition guide, 2-way messaging, and programming modifications bi-weekly if needed. 

    Gold Plan

    $200/m

    Customized programming with training blocks designed to help you reach your peak performance. With weekly client ins, nutrition guidance, 2-way messaging, and programming modifications as needed.

    Hello, my name is Harmonie, I am a personal trainer, registered nurse, and an athlete. When I'm not in the gym or taking care of others at work, I am out exploring, whether that's a hike, drive, or riding my dirt bike, the sky is the limit. With my background in nursing and extensive application of training and the effects of the body, I can be a great resource for not only your training needs, but also for injury prevention and recovery.
